Meet Jillian!

Hi, I'm Jillian Bashi, Transformational Life Coach. I will be your guide for the 5 Days to Relieve Anxiety at Last workshop!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Integrative Body Psychotherapist, PSYCH-K®️ Facilitator, and Transformational Life Coach. I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 years with the past 10 years incorporating a mind, body, spirit approach to healing.

My own personal growth journey has encompassed healing my life with a holistic approach and it has been life-changing! It is my soul's mission to help others align with who they are authentically and live a life they are destined for – one full of joy, peace, love, passion, and abundance.

I have learned from my own struggles with anxiety, low self-worth, fears of rejection, attracting toxic relationships into my life, and struggles with perfectionism. It takes compassion, self-awareness, dedication to your personal growth journey and connecting with people who have traveled the path before you to truly heal and transform your own patterns into a healthier version of you!
